Infinium Labs Phantom - what's happening with it ?

Seems it's going to launch Nov 2004, has anyone seen any news or has it been mentioned at any of the gaming shows/conventions in the past few months ?

Last I heard they got owned in court by [H]ardOcp.

But yeah, if you read the [H] site you'll find out that the whole Phantom console is a complete bag of nails. And Infinium Labs doesn't even exist.

They've just redone the website, take the index.php off of the address.

Not that it's ever going to surface though

Pity, it was a good idea. I'm secretly hoping it'll still come out, maybe an E3 announcement?
