Burnout 3 saves, help please?

Are the saves on BO3 transferable? I haven't tried yet, but would like to copy my saves from a modded xbox to my unmodded 1? Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated.
Is it possible for me to play on XBLive with my modded xbox, with the chipped turned off? I'm a little hesitant to try as I don't wanna get banned.

no they aren't, and you can't seem to copy them onto a memory card either

And it's the xbox that gets banned not your account, so if the worst were to happen you could go back to your PAL xb.

There is actually a way to transfer the save file but your dashboard needs to be patched for it, I managed to get the save onto a memory card but I can't transfer it over to another Xbox yet (must need both dashes to be patched)

Bad news is I can't bloody find the patch I used, it was made by ****db but wasn't a big release as he really only made it for himself to transfer Burnout 2 saves.
