what is the easiest way of transferring saved files from xbox to xbox?

memory card? if you're gonna use two xboxes, saving to memory card is a good start anyway (e.g. save the profile to memory card, from within game).
sadly, not all games support it, allow direct saves to it or allow you to move a save game to it from the memory manager. you'll need hack it else, modchip-style. -
and also memory cards are quite small, and cant fit most saves.Comment

The normal size is 8MB (about 500 blocks) but you can get 16 (1000+), 32 (2000+) and 64MB (4000+) ones.
