Xbox live and 2nd hand games?

Quick Q folks, I'll be getting Live soon so I'm on the look out for Links, RTCW, PGR2 and possibly PSO - is there any problem with getting these 2nd hand or do they come with unique key no's?

2nd hand games are fine for Live, no keycodes etc.

Cheers Wod, I have it on order now. We set up the home network and all appears well - roll on the live!

I'm practising Rainbow Six as we speak so hopefully theres still people playing that rather than all migrating to black arrow.
