Burnout3 + new kicked message

Have been booted of BO3 more times than I care - couldn't find friends, server dosen't exist etc.
Had a new 1 tonight "Live account temporarily suspended' anybody else had this? First I thought I'd been booted off for using me modded xbox, but 5 mins later I was back on...a little worrying though.....

Honestly, that was the least funny joke ever when I saw that error message last night. Honestly thought I'd forgotten to turn off the chip, but when it let me sign back in immediately i was somewhat relieved. Seems to mean nowt
