I hope to get a orange one from tokuda, but where do I get a stepdown from? any specfic type?

You'd probably just be better off getting a UK GBASP power adapter.

It's a British model SP charger - the SP itself is identical from region to region, so all you need to do is get hold of a UK 240v charger. Or a USB charger.

As far as I know, yes. Judging from what other people have said, the GBA SP units are intergchangeable (they'll all take the same voltage in). All the adapter does is take in the local voltage, and transfrom it down to whatever voltage the GBA SP needs. Just ask Nintendo for a power supply/transformer/adapter for your GBA SP.
