Can anyone point me to where I can get a very nice calendar utlilty that I can link to my site? It must be only editable by me and I must be able to change the cell colour.

have a great one on my hard drive, u need php and mysql to use, if u have these then i can send it to you, its fully changable people can change it to different months and theres a nifty interface that the site admin can use to insert events etc

I have downloaded it, but how do I use it on my site and manage it? I'm sorry but I am pretty new to web design and don't know much about sql etc. Also, can I make it not editable by viewers, so that only I can edit it? I need to be able to change a cell colour too. To show a date is booked.
