Recently got a brand new copy of Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow from GAME website, however I had numerous read error screens while playing the game at various stages during the games 1st level, which required me to turn off the restart the game. after it wouldn't let me get past a certain stage I gave up and exchanged it yesterday at my local GAME shop and now with my latest copy I can get past my previous disk error stumbling point, but only now I go downstairs to a new room and then I get another error screen appear. Restarting it did it at exactly the same point.
The background music seems to fade out just before this problem.
Anyway I've played about 3 or 4 different games on my cube just to see if I had any problems and my machine has been fine with those.
I tried to play the splinter cell game on my Japanese cube with freeloader but it didn't wanna know. I'm going to see if my mate can play it all right his PAL cube.
However I was wondering if any others have had similar problems with other game disks doing this sort of thing.
Because it does appear to be just the game, however it seems weird that 2 copies would have similar problems. And having done searches on the net noone else appears to have problems with this particular game.
I'd appreciate any comments from others who may know the solution or who've had similar problems with gamecube games.
