Right click menu XP

Could someone tell me how to change the right click menu in explorer in Windows XP? For some reason it has moved 'search' to the top instead of 'open', so whenever I double click a folder it opens the search function.

I had that problem a few times, its when I play around with the file type options.

You can change it back by editing some of the setting on regedit to none. I found a help guide on the web, but can find the link.
