Very easy to install, 2 options for software - HDLoader and HDAdvance. Seems to be quite difficult to get hold of the original HDLoader these days thanks to Sony action. HDAdvance comes on 2 discs - one for ripping CDs and 1 for DVDs, although I'm not sure if one is better than the other overall.
NA and software should cost around 20 quid apiece, with extra cost (obviously) for a HDD. And don't buy a Western Digital as they don't fit !
