    UK Donkey Konga and freeloader

    I wouldn't mind buying the UK version of Donkey Konga, though I have a modded Panasonic Q. Ideally I'd want the US version so there's no need to mess about with freeloaders, but it's quite pricey to have the game with 2 bongos sent over.

    I know the Japanese version had problems saving if used on a Pal Gamecube, so would it be likely that the Pal version wouldn't work on either a Jap or US Gamecube?

    It's probably best to wait and see as I know...so is anyone planning to get the Pal version to play on an import Gamecube?

    Yep. Risking it I know, but I'm sure I could find someone to sell it onto should the PAL version not work on my NTSC Cube.

      sorry to hijack the thread but i presume that a Japanese drum controller will work on a PAL Cube with DK?

        No problems with external hardware, hardly ever has been with Nintendo goods.
