Megadrive connection

I've just got a megadrive and it comes with an RF unit - is there any other way to connect it to the tv?

I use my Gamecube cable for the SNES - would a Dreamcast Scart work with the Megadrive?

No, sega change their connector every generation. VGI will sell you a RGB scart cable for ?13 (megadrive 2) or ?15 (megadrive 1 - has a 3.5mil adapter for the headphones socket to give you full stereo sound on your tv).
