I've heard bad things about the autoswitching ones not switching properly and oddness when you have two things switched on at once. Get one with button select (or an expensive one with a remote control for select and stuff). -
There's no reason why an auto-switched box has to behave badly...
I already have a nice manually switched argos box, but would rather not have to find the right input on that each time I switch on one of my consoles.
I have one of the joytech units on order anyway, and will convert that to auto switch (& pass the switching voltage correctly as I have heard it has trouble with that due to low power rails) - I just saw this tesco unit and wondered if it was what I was after.
