1. A decent import shop on Manhattan Island.
2. The best arcade NY has got-for KOF and Street Fighter.

I've been three times and never seen any import shop......good luck with that

The best arcade and import shop are both next to each other, well one street away, both in china town.

J&L trading is the import shop at 28 Elizabeth Street www.jnlgame.com

The arcade is two streets west from memory, you better have skils if you go in there mate, these guys play 24/7 and there was nothing but fighters in there, they will juggle your ass and make you cry
