Magical Flying Hat Turbo Adventure is a crap name, in a good kind of way.

The Japanese name is まじかるハットのぶっとびターボ!大作戦

Or majikaru hatto no Buttobi taabo! Daibouken

Now Majikaru is in Hiragana rather then Katakana but seems to mean 'Magical' (in Katakana...). Hatto should mean Hat, but in Hiragana rather then Katakana it means 'Taken Aback...'. Can't find any translation for Buttobi... although it seems to be a word as there are a few web sites called Buttobi.... Taabo is 'Turbo' and Daibouken seems to mean Epic Battle.

Can't find an English translation of this game so unless someones made it up and it's stuck...

I think it was repackaged here as DeCap Attack.
For daibouken I get big adventure as the translation.

I did play it once. At the time i thought it was quite fun, it had great title screen music.
