Best place for a "Basic PC"

Just after a second PC at home, something like:

1800+ CPU, CD Drive, 256mb memory, 20gb hard drive, network card, on board graphics and sound would do.

No software or monitor needed, any idea's, obviously not looking to spend a fortune, only other alternative is to build it myself.

They sell bog standard stuff to quite good build quality I hear. That's the basic model, you can opt out of the monitor if you like.
