Theres no real point in looking for that, simply because 99.9% of PC games wont support it, as they are meant to be played with a keyboard and mouse, joystick, or horrible pad!

AFAIK there are no adapters which support that.
(they would be recognized as what, 14-axes analog joysticks?)

well it works for xbox pads on the pc. if you use the xbcd driver, you get full analogue functionality for each button (face buttons, black and white, and triggers)

i don't see why they can't do if for the ps2, especially as the xbox pad is usb anyway

Curious about this myself for FFXI. I know a few people use one and my mate is playing on PC, can it be set up so that the analogue stick still reflects walking speed/camera speed etc?

actually, gta3 for PC supported the ps2 joypad analog buttons; the left one is the same as up down left right keyboard keys, whereas the right one kinda did the same thing as the mouse; rotate camera view. Funny thing was if i remembered correctly, the control for the right analog was flipped 90 degrees, so when you pushed up, it would rotate camera to the left. (iirc)
Although it could've been me not calibrating/setting the controller correct, i don't know.
As for control method, it wasn't really favourable. the keyb+mouse would do a far better job. besides, again iirc, you could'nt set L1 + R1 for camera rotation.

              i use this from lik-sang.

it's nice, although there is a very very slight delay on the response time when pushing buttons. Can be irritating in fast paced games such as snes f-zero etc.

Other than gta3, i haven't stumbled across any other games with analog button support.
