Buying from Neostore

Hi, I wan't to order something from the Neostore (1st time) but it asks me whether my items destination is either commercial or residential. Dunno why but something tells me one is better then the other. Anyone wan't to tell me which option is best ? Thanks.

Commercial as in a retail outlet

Residential = your house

Anything posted to a commercial address will almost certainly be hit for import duty.
