I made some preorders ages ago tho... one with VG+ and one just recently for an asian one with uk plug.

Well I'd expect Play Asia to get stock of Asian DSs on or before the release date. As for VG+ they should be able to handle all preorders within a week or two of the US launch, and you may get lucky and get one of the few they'll have for launch. So expect your DS around the beginning of December. Bonus if you get it before then
