      That if their power transformers are internal (a la Playstation). Nintendo have started having it outside the unit (N64, Cube, GBA), it makes it easier to replace should it blow as opposed to having to open and fix the whole unit. Smart me thinks

      Which means replacing the import one and stepdown with one from the host country is fine...

          i've always had the mentality not to plug in a Us/Japanese system into a uk outlet
          just to give you that little bit more confidence, my DS is charging using a Game GBAsp adapter. I have also charged it using my USB GBAsp cable
