Depends. Sometimes you get a free cable in the box.
Connection wise you need a patch cable for each device that plugs into the router.

So PC and Xbox plugged in simultaneously needs 2 patch cables.

Many computer shops supply cat5 cables (for ethernet) try staples or something like that.

Don't be daft as I have plenty of experience on Winning Eleven 8 as I am scoring a lot more goals now. So watch out.

Yeah, just standard network cables. (Cat5 ethernet rj-45 plug)

The cable is a bit short as it is only one metre long.

You probably need 3m at least. But again I got no idea where the hardware layout are in your room. But it should be ok for router to PC. And probably a longer one is needed for XBOX

I think this is the same router that I've got which I've also used with Xbox live. I got one free cable with the router which I used to plug into the cable modem.

                            try accessing the router...

open your web browser and type in 192.168.0.1 (might be 192.168.1.1) should say in the manual, see if you can access the routers http control panel... u may need to "clone" the mac address of the network interface you are using currently in the strl panel, otherwise it wont be recognised at your ISP...hence it wont be assigned an IP = no t'internet

ps im not 100% sure of the setup you have, ill be back in a mo with a MS paint masterpiece, you can then correct me if im wrong
