I bought a new monitor, but now I dont want it......

Last Thursday I bought this LG monitor from Ebuyer:

It arrived and I set it up. It looks dated with it's grey plastic casing and I'm sure it's giving me headaches.

So I check on Ebuyer today to see f I can swop it for something else and I see that the price of this has dropped by ?18 and there are now a couple of other monitors that they stock that I'd have chosen if they were there at my time of purchase.

So, a couple of questions:

1. Can I ask Ebuyer that I'm not happy with my new monitor and I want to swop it for one of these:

Samsung

LG

Phillips

2. If the above fails, can I ask for the difference in price reduction since my purchase?

Just send it back under the distance selling act 2000 if you have all the bits and bobs around, google it, as I'm not sure as to all the requirements etc.

Yeah! I've done things like this in the past.

My excuse being, " Its below my standard, and I would like to swap it for a more appropriate expensive model, and I'm happy to meet the cost difference "
