Best way to get an Xbox to output to VGA?

Xbox hi-def pack only outputs Component, so I'm guessing if I wanted to go that route, I'd need a component->VGA adapter? And I'm also guessing that'd be well expensive.

Also, any opinions on this?

Need my projector in something better than s-video, as it doesn't take component inputs.
