Having probelms with my cube

Okay, when i pplay games such as metroid prime etc. my cube sometimes crashes and it happens every 40 or 50 mins or so. this normally happens when it is loading something, i always have problems in doors on metroid but this happens on numerous games. It tells me to look in the instruction booklet, which i did and they said i may have internal probelms with my cube. ive almost had it a year and it's still under warranty. we took it back from where we bought it, which was toys'r'us and they said that they have to play it to see if it happens with him, then they would replace it. but he tested it about 20 mins max and nothing happen so he couldnt do anything.
Ive also rang nintendo and they gave me an address to send it off to but i was just wonedring if anyone else had problems like this.

I've heard of problems of metroid crashing on elevators but if its internal you should send it to nintendo to get it fixed.

Don't touch the joypad during loading in lifts in Metroid - it makes it crash. Doesn't sound like your problem though. Try blasting the lens area with pressurised air (canister from photographer's shop).

It's nowt to do with moving the pad. It's just a load error.

To avoid the crash stand in the lift area for a good 30s-1min before activating the lift. I've only ever seen it happen on the first lift too.

yeah if you get into somewhere before it loads it crashes
