What's this I see about an Asian Nintendo DS on Play-Asia? This one crept up quietly, I didn't know that it was being released in China the same day as Japan. Now my question, is the Japanese DS definitely compatible with a UK GBA SP plug or is this Asian DS with a ready to go UK style DS plug a better deal?

Asian versions are essentially the Japanese version sold with English manual and 220v adapter (as per the SPs I've gotten). So it's up to you really!Lie with passion and be forever damned... -

I was considering picking up the asian model but after careful consideration, hearing your thoughts, (and the kickass looking japanese DS box
) I plumped for a japanese one. Ahh a troubled gamers mind has been made up, cheers dude.
