Halo 2 Xbox Live questions

Just to clarify, can 16 people on different Xbox's play together? Or even 8? I know in Halo 1 4 people on separate Xbox's could play, but up to 16 if 4 went on each Xbox. Hopefully you can have at least 8 separate people together.

Secondly, is there going to be downloadable content, and have bungie said what it would be?

I was unsure about Downloadable content too, I did actually think they'd left it out the game.

Also are these Xbox Live 3.0 features in it, e.g: Clan Support, Your Own Storage Space etc?!
