Pro Evo region locked on Xbox???

Does anyone know if Pro evo on the xbox will be region free?

I have someone from the US asking as they are not sure if its coming out there.

I tried to ask Microsoft and Konami and believe it will be region coded This mean I have to use my modded PAL XBOX on live, instead of my clean American XBOX.

Same situation as u mate, I had to use pal modded for Fifa but since using its not that bad. The latest firmware flashes for the chip have xbox live blockouts which stops u connecting to teh service while u have it on but if u have changed ur hard drive then it could be a diff story.
