xbox live + friends prob, help needed

Me, Al & Seb can play BO3 without any trouble, but if Stu joins, either him or me will be kicked. We get the "Unable to communicate" screen after being kicked.
We've all tried hosting & usually 1 of us can't join. They are all on BT (auto config) I'm on Tesco.
Is there anything that can be done to get all 4 of us playing?

Either you or Stu is using a router that is "not compatible" with Xbox Live - one of you has a router that does crappy things with NAT. It's not big, and it's not clever.

If you can, see if your routers have a DMZ you can put your Xbox in. May help, may not. See if they have the possibility to enable UPnP (and enable it, if it's not already). Failing that, look <a href="http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/live/start/connect/dashboard.htm">here</a> under the "Network Address Translation (NAT)" section.

mine did this from time to time, and that was before i installed my router

Actually, I think it's more to do with BO3. We can all play Halo2 together.
