i have a us xbox 1.1. i am looking for a tutorial to add a coax port to my xbox but am unable to find one can aneyone help?

I assume you want a coax spdif out?

that guide is ok but you still need the advanced av pack (?20 i think?)

i performed a coax mod on my xbox based on the following tutorial:

works a treat, and you don't need an advanced av pack as the guide tells you to join two points together and this fools the xbox into thinking the pack is always connected (and also allows you to turn on your xbox without an av cable plugged in for ftp etc) so this unlocks the options in the dashboard for dolby digital and dts output

i know this works as i have the av pack and also a regular rgb cable and whichever is used, the audio options are available regardless
