Is it me or have VG+ pushed their prices up ?

I was just browsing around VG+ and I have noticed their prices are higher than they used to be. I remember at the begining of the year they were cheaper than this.

    Capcom Fighting Evolution ?25 - Isn't this meant to be a $30 release ? about ?17 ??

Metal Gear Solid 3 ?31.64 - That is about ?6 more than US price.

Alien Homind ?20.34 - I thought this was going to be a $20 release ?

Star Ocean 3 & Shadow Hearts 2 ?31.64 These were both ?27 when I bought them.

I also remember the GBA games were only ?15-?17 but now they all seem to be above ?20.

Im not so bothered about SO3 & SH2 (I did get them cheaper afterall) but those price hike's on the budget releases is a little greedy.

Is the pound less stronger against the Canadian $ than the US $ ?

Exchange rate has changed that's all.

    MGS3

69.99 CAD Canada Dollars = 31.6198 GBP United Kingdom Pounds.

The biggest problem is the weak US$. The Canadian $ has gradually been strengthening against it over the past few weeks and hence VG+'s prices aren't half as attractive as they were during the Summer. Until the US$ strengthens your probably much better off buying from Tronix or another US based retailer.
