Dual channel memory

I've just looked at the box and also I remember installing it now and it definitely is dual channel.

Also the spec you're showing is for the Abit AV8 which is a completely different board (but I believe it is also dual channel...)

sorry ur right. it does say that its a dual channel board on the asus website. i checked the wrong mobo.

are u happy with it? how much memory are u running? im not sure how memory i need to handle the doom 3 and halo 2's of the world?

The only games I've personally noted that like more than 1gig atm are MMOs. I've no idea if that's the nature of the beast or what, but everything I played offline flys on 1gig.

Dual channel has little to no performance increase on AMD platforms, 5% at the maximum.
