I guess you mean American NTSC... I can't find any of those just by looking but Play-Asia have the Japanese/Asian NTSC version for $99.99, which you could get modded?

I was digging around in my old stuff tucked away in boxes yesterday and found a couple of PSone chips, not the regular 12508 chips but the ones that were just for the PSone.
Would one of those be any good to you??
