Will probably look a lot better than the SP's backlit screen. Really can't wait till I play The Minish Cap on it.

The games look a lot better due to the screen being sharper and the lighting being a lot better also. In the end its WIN.

Just played a bit of AW on mine... looks lovely and bright, just a tiny border around the viewable area.

So if you have a DS it's worth dumping the SP?

It depends whether or not you still play old Gameboy / Gameboy Color games on your SP. I believe the DS is incompatible with them.

Which is an absolute shame, because the DS definitely *does* have the power to emulate the GB/GBC in software. Well, so does the GBA, for that matter.
                    Hardware-based "emulation". Talk about a half-assed solution... :/

(let's just hope no GBA games used the GB processor as well as the main GBA one, ne?)

According to Nintendo's consumer help pages the DS can only play GBA games in single player mode. You won't be able to link it to other Ds's or SP's to play multiplayer so I'm keeping my SP when my DS arrives. Heres the link to their DS pages.

@Gossi - read my review on here

Or basically, if you only use the SP for single player GBA games, then yes.
