Compatable Mod Chip for HK (Asian Region 3) Slimline

I'm looking for a compatable mod chip for when my Hong Kong PS2 Slimline arrives. I found this one but I want to make sure it's compatable and ships to the UK. The URL is:
    http://www.modchip.com/ps2/dms4order.htm

If anyone knows of a better compatable option or of an external mod then please let me know.

    Thanks

    John

The solderless version is not out till after xmas for the V12.

Also have a reead on their forum regarding the problems with the PStwo, you may want to hold out or do the extra mods the machine needs before you chip it.

Problems? Extra mods? Ok so maybe this isn't the best mod. Surely there must be people with successful v12 (slimline) modded ps2's?

              Apparently iirc PSOne was unmodifyable...

It isn't really a problem with the mods, it is a problem with the PStwo, I know 4 peope who have had theirs flake out on them and only 1 of them was modded.
Having said that, some mods are not helping matters, but the dms4 seems to be fine.

What they are all saying is that if you are going to mod it you may as well sort out the problems that the PStwo has while you are in there.

PSone was a pain at first, I can't really remeber but I do remember taking the bios chip off the board to get it modded at first, then the mods started to show up, I found 2 the other day in a box for the PSone.

What's up with your replies today Dragon? First the "It's only cos Ninty want you to buy their SCARTS! " and now this

PSOne is extremely easy to mod, infact it's easier than the SCPH7XXX and 9XXX series.
