Where can I buy a softmodded crystal Xbox from?

I have heard people going on about softmodding a PAL Xbox on various forums. Does someone on the internet sell them? I have checked premodded.co.uk but there are only ones with mod chips in them. I just need an Xbox that will output a hi-def picture..

Is it true that I will be able to go on Live without being banned? or without any worries?

if you just want to get one with Hi Definition just do it yourself, buy either splinter cell, 007:AUF or mech assault and an action replay gamesaves thing, its quite easy
