Bit of Japanese menu translation help please

Got it all sussed apart from top two options on this screen (Pic 2569) - bottom option is autosave off or on.

Top option goes to Pic 2557 and Middle option goes to Pic 2558

Think top one is "reset all settings to defualt" but not 100% sure - it only seems to reset some settings ....

1st option - Save data
2nd option - Load data

If you pick the 1st option you get this message -

Do you wish to load system data?

The second option gets you this message -

System data already exists.
Do you wish to overwrite?

Venom, the top one of the first pic is Data Load, second Data Save, third Auto save.

thank you guys, so Save Data means save settings/changes/game (if autosave if off) and Load Data means load default settings as game save loads upon boot.

Yeah I know, but it sounds weird doesn't it? It makes more sense to swap the words around. The meaning is clearer. I localise games by the way and these are the kind of translations I do for a living.
