When you leave feedback for someone after a game where does it go? Does it go to that player or somewhere else? Can you ever see other peolpes feedback?

As far as i've been told, the other person does not see the feedback.
I'd assume the feedback goes to the bods at XBL monitoring.
Which is nice, since i practically leave bad feedback to every other American Halo 2 player
