Dead Pixels on Jpn Nintendo DS ?

Well I have not got round to buying a DS yet.. I just wondered if anyone had had a DS from Japan which had any dead pixels yet ?

Were the Japan/US Ds's all manufactiured in the same place or did they have regional manufacturing like the Xbox did in Mexico ?

To my knowledge, all the Japanese DS were manufactured in China just like the US models.
