Just spent 2 hours setting up the screen for 98 games, but well worth it. The best reason IMO to get your Xbox chipped is FBAx.

Hi Camps,
I managed to download the Xbox Final burn Emu from the link you provided,many thx.Only prob is that when opening it with ability write I just get a page which is blank apart from the word rar at the top.How do I go about opening this correctly?????Is this the correct download?Any help appreciated.

Have you got WinRAR to decompress the file? You can get it from www.rarlab.com.

Btw, the sound in FBAx beta 3 stutters occasionally. Anyone else notice that?

I had put stretch mode on before, but didn't realise the analogue sticks controlled it - great.

My genesis emulator allows me to move/stretch the screen too, but can't find the option on MAME or xsnesx. Is the option there?

Hi Mezz,
yeah someone else kindly gave me the link to winrar but the only file I can open and read is the read me txt file,all the others files like the Media,Roms and default XBE are just gabbled up words and letters.Having no pc experience I have no idea what I'am doing,do I need another application?

I've not used FBA for a while but the folders you mention (roms etc.) should be empty as you have to obtain the files seperately and put them their yourself.

Remember downloading roms is illegal so distributing them with the actual emulator is a big no-no.

Sounds like you're trying to view the files - you should be extracting them, try looking for an "Extract to" button or similar.

Before I go any further, can I just ask how you're planning to transfer these files onto your Xbox?
No offence, but things are going to get more complicated from here on in....
IMO the easiest way is to do it by FTP, so you'll need to have an FTP client for the PC (software), a network cable, and a (small) bit of networking knowledge...

actaully some kind fella as actually offered to help me out,but I would still like to work this out for myself so I don't have to keep bothering people in the future for updates of emus.Yeah basically I would be looking to burn the the emu/files to disk.
