Which BB speed for Live?

I hope this hasnt been asked before as I couldnt find it in search.......

Im gonna get BB mainly due to PE4 on live , will my connection speed make a notable difference and if so which is best: 512 kps or 1mb

If they both have the same upload speed, get the cheaper one.
