Anyone having any problems with Overclockers at the mo?

I ordered some items yesterday morning, all items in-stock btw. Paid ?13 for Next Day Courier delivery.

Just checked my ordering info and the order still hasn't been printed off at the warehouse so they can pack my goods. All items are still showing as in-stock as well.

Sent them an email first thing this morning and they haven't responded. Tried ringing them 3 or 4 times with no luck either.

What with this and my YesAsia/PSP debacle i am not having a good week.

I know they are very very busy at the moment i went in a few days ago to buy some dvd's and there were 40 people waiting.... and then more came.. and then more..

I had much the same problem this time last year. A quick call to them got the super-harrased man to get the order out... Doubt they would have if I hadn't.

I can't even get anyone to speak to me on the phone. I just get a digital voice telling me all the Customer Service people are busy and i then get disconnected. No queues, just **** off and stop bothering us.

Slightly OT but same thing with me and Amazon. I ordered a digi cam, memory card and case to take on holiday for the 19th on the 15th (admittedly leaving it a tad late)

You cant ring them and their email 'customer service' has been hanging on me.

But, i thought using the First Class delivery option which I have had delivered the next day on most occasions but my order from the 15th still shows no change so thats 3 days passed. It needs to arrive by tomorrow aswell because I go on Sunday. Mighty disappointed that I'll come back to a digital camera.

Ive ordered 3 things from ocuk in the last week and a half, all before 9am. 2 were shipped out the day after I made the order (and arrived next day), while I am hoping the third arrives today (ordered yesterday).

The delivery is next-day, it just seems as though they are struggling to get all orders out the same day they are made. Wouldn't worry about it too much, an extra day can't be that bad especially this time of year.

Well they still haven't despatched my order. I can't contact anyone via email or phone. Wish i stuck to Ebuyer tbh.
