chipped xbox help/ game recommendations?

so ive got a chipped xbox with emus etc on it, but i want to add roms. how do i do this? can i use normal roms? do i just burn them to a CD? how do i upgrade/ add emulators? what is final burn?

also, what really AAA MAME games are there that every chipped xbx should have. ditto for mega drive and whatever final brn emulates. oh and can i put media player files on there?
