    PSP and Xlink...

What is a virtual Mac Address? and where can I find it out?

    thanks

sounds like something you'd see on a load balanced Cisco firewall.

more likely, it's the wrongly named soft-configurable MAC address of your PC's network card; ie. the ethernet address.

check your network card tools or the driver configuration, it will be in there. Otherwise run 'ipconfig /all' from the command line, which _should_ tell you.

... or it's something you configure within Xlink itself, as the ethernet address your PSP will be visible as over the encapsulated Xlink network.

Click on Start>run> type 'cmd' (without the apostrophes), then type 'ipconfig/all' (no apostrophes) in the command prompt window and you will see the details for your network adapters. The Physical Address field is your Mac Address.

        Good luck
