    Gamecube PAL vs US

are there any major differences between the PAL and US versions of these games:

    Metroid Prime
    Zelda WW
    F Zero GX
    Super MArio Sunshine

and will a PAL save file work on the US version of these games?

    thanks

To answer the last question first, no it won't.

I'm not sure about the other three, but the PAL version of Prime had a number of bugs and glitches removed (so no speed completing the game) and additional lore and dialogue added to some parts of the game to expand on the Chozo legend.

I would like to respond to the title of this post and nothing more. I think the U.S gamecube would win in a fight.

Metroid Prime has 60hz, fixed a few tiny bugs and is harder than the NTSC version.
        Zelda WW is fullscreen/speed 50hz
        F-Zero GC has 60hz.
Super Mario Sunshine is fullscreen/speed 50hz

I'm pretty sure that's all correct, i haven't a PAL GC myself so this is just from memory of my mates GC games.

The US versions will run in progressive scan. (on a US cube)

No the saves can't be used.

all the PAL games have a 60hz option.

so the best version of each of them is the PAL one?

Well, they're all essentially the same apart from Metroid. The bottom line is, if you have a PAL Cube there's no reason to get the US versions over the PAL ones.
