my xbox wont do anything at all anymore, it gets stuck on the xbo logo screen at the start and clicks loudly. if i leave it for a while it tells me there is a hdd error. what am i going to do? will this be costly to fix? will i lose all my games and apps and saves?

sounds like its in a boot loop, something to do with the clock settings.

Could be the heads clicking on the HD which if it is the HD is most likley to have had it. Although a good bang on top of the HD with the end of a screw driver can sometimes fix this
If not just get it chiped and a bigger HD put in, but then thats a risk you take if thats not the problem
