How to extract music from a DVD?

I have a DVD Single & I'd just like to take the music from it - any advice on how I could go about this?

Grab the stream using nero wave?

Personally I use DVD Audio Extractor. Its shareware with a 30 day trial available from http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/

It will rip to MP3/OGG/WAV or demux the VOB files to PCM/MPA/AC3/DTS
