Does anyone repair Sega Saturns?

When you say "it just stopped working" what happened exactly.

Where you playing it and it died? Did you plug it in and nothing? Does it boot but not load discs? Does it load but crash?

If you plugged it in and there is nothing, is there anyone else in the house that could have plugged 240v into it??
Also you sure it isn't the step down??
