I'll do the region mod for ?20 and include a blue LED for an extra ?2 - but I cannot implement the LED switching with the switches I use. I make sure my mods look wicked and I cannot get DPDT version of the switch I use and at the same size so that it fits behind the machine's air vent.

The switch is housed on the inside of the rear vent of the Gamecube, 3rd slot in from the right under the digital out port. I use a very small slider switch which fits in there perfectly (looks part of the machine and is very discreet)

Replacing the LED takes seconds - I only ask another couple quid on top of the price of the mod.

Man if you think I'm going to do that dont deal with me, I wouldnt touch someones machine if I not confident. Could you do me a favour and use www.londonconsole.com when you order - it's easier to keep records that way.

I've seen you do it, minute tops. So take the cost of the LED away and that's ?90 an hour, nice work if you can get it.

I didn't even realise blue wasn't the standard issue LED in US cubes

Probably takes them 10 minutes so thats ?60 an hour. :P

If you use a DPST switch then Bi Coloured LEDs for region is quite easy.

I have a blue LED in my platinum cube, fitted by Saur.
It looks lovely, the Orange originally in it is an eyesore compared to the blue. That is all... 8)
