VideoGamesPlus first time order...

Ok when i tried buying my PSP and games on PlayAsia, i was sent an e-mail requesting scans of the front and back of the credit card i was using, and a scan of the front and back of the card owner's driving license to prove i wasn't committing credit card fraud...

Can anyone confirm whether VideoGamesPlus does this exact same thing? My freeloader and Resident Evil 4 should be on their way from their this Tuesday and was wondering whether they'll be any last minute hiccups?

You're almost guaranteed to be clear from VGP mate, I've never beem stung ordering $20 of 'manuals' from them. Ahem.

Was probably just the value of the order that got P-A suspicous. Yesasia are the only company who have asked me for some kind of proof with a first time order, and that was a high value item too.

I Placed my first VG+ order on boxing day, and didn't get asked for anything.

I've pre-ordered Resident Evil 4 with them, too. I'm a little worried about addresses though - my Mailing Address is not the same as my Billing Address, and VideoGamesPlus only asks for one. I've sent a mail off to them and they responded saying "If there's any problems we'll mail you". Has anyone else had different mailing/billing addresses and ordered from VG+?

I think I'm going to order USA-PS2 from videogamesplus.ca. Do I need to ask them to mark down the price, or will they mark it down automatically? If they do that for PS2..

I had that problem i use my nans cc and i was ordering a lot they just asked me to email them a copy of a bank statment or the such. They are the best company i have ever used for imports without a doubt.

VG+ seem to mark all the packages they send down cannot count the number of books\toys ive had sent from them

Sure did! I e-mailed them the name that was on the card and it's all gone swimmingly since!
