Xbox mods in Sheffield or Leicester?

Anyone know of someone in Sheffield (or nearby) that can mod a PAL xbox for NTSC games?

I could do without the postage on the behemoth so if anyone can point me in the direction of somewhere within a short drive so I can just drop it off...

PS. Just added Leicester as an option.
